Program Description:

TRAVEL REGISTRATION PROCESS:

To register your international education experience, please click the category below that best matches the purpose of your international travel. If you do not see a category that matches your travel or if you have questions about this process, please contact the Education Abroad office at 859.257.4067.

You will be asked to provide your destination, travel dates, local and international contact information, and to upload a copy of your passport and travel itinerary. You will also be prompted to enter a term during which your international travel will occur. The terms and approximate dates are as follows:

- Fall ( August 24 – December 26)

- Winter (December 27 – January 10)

- Spring (January 11- May 7)

- Summer 1 (May 8 – June 5)

- Summer 2 (June 6 – August 23)
