Travel Medical Insurance Questionnaire and all Material Submissions must be submitted as soon as they are available, or 2 weeks before your departure date at the latest.
$50 application fee is charged to student account (mandatory and non-refundable)

EA at UK Scholarship Deadlines:

Term Abroad	EA Scholarship Application
Summer/Fall/Full Academic Year	Complete by March 1 *
Winter/Spring	Complete by October 1 *

* EA at UK Scholarship Applications must be fully completed one month earlier than the EA at UK Program Application, even though some requirements are common to both applications.

IMPORTANT: On November 1 or April 1, your online EA at UK program application will be locked, and you will no longer be able to add or change any application materials. Please be sure to complete ALL EA at UK application requirements before the "complete by" date listed above.
